In a write-shop experience that conveyed feminist around the continent, to develop the first ever African Feminist Charter on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Women for a Change, Cameroon through  Ingrid Rogue (gShe facilitator) carried the voices and concerns of young women and girls into deliberation as they embarked on the journey to developing the charter.

With so much knowledge to draw from, the write-shop brought together many feminist minds and experts on women and girls issues, who discussed on the challenges and opportunities in advancing the sexual and reproductive health and rights, leadership and development of women and girls within the continent.

Organized by FEMNET, our life-long partner in the fight for gender equality and the sexual reproductive health and rights of women and girls, this strategic meeting went a mile towards strengthening existing partnerships while creating spaces for young women and girls to meaningfully engage and participate in transformative change.

With volunteerism core to our work, Wfac has over the years remained committed towards advancing the core values and principles of volunteerism, and community service in all aspects of her work. In this light, ensure that young women and girls become active partners and key actors in the promotion of gender equality and sexual, reproductive health and rights.
